Terms of Service ~(=･ω･)ﾉ

General1. The artist retains the copyright on the commissioned artwork.
2. There is the right to refuse an order for any reason.
3. Commissioned art is for personal use only. It is NOT PERMITTED to reproduce or sell the commissioned work, unless we have a prior agreement. For commercial inquiries, please email [email protected]
4. It is forbidden to use the commissioned artwork as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), in NFT games, cryptocurrencies or anything related, which is not previously discussed with the artist
5. It is forbidden to use the commissioned art to train image artificial intelligences or edit it (as in img2img) using AIs (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Novel AI, etc.).
6. The artist retains the right to post the commissioned artwork on social media and/or portfolio (it is possible to ask for the commission to be kept private or posted at a later date).
7. The artist does NOT claim the rights to the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork (e.g. the characters, story, setting, design created by the client).
8. The artist will NOT resell, reproduce or make additional profit from the commissioned artwork.
9. The briefing and references must be sent by the client within the timeframe stipulated by both parties, and there will be a need to renegotiate the timeframe or adjust the price if the deadline is broken.
10. If references are not sent, the artist will understand that she can decide what is best for the illustration based on her experience, if there is no response or feedback from the client within the stipulated time, the artist can assume that the project has been canceled by the client and will no longer work on the artwork.Rules for Revisions and Payment- Three revisions are included in the price:
1. Approval of Draft: At this stage, changes to the layout and main elements can be requested.
2. Approval of Base Colors / Light and Shadow: Color adjustments or minor corrections will be made here.
3. Final Details Approval: Phase for minor refinements to the final artwork.Additional revisions will be charged separately. **Major changes must be made during the draft phase.- Payment can be made in the following ways:
- 100% in advance, or
- 50% at the start and 50% before the third revision.
- Payments will be made via Pix. Once the completed form has been sent and the request has been approved, the payment link will be sent by e-mail.
- Prices are quoted in reais.Delivery- A high-resolution digital file ( PNG/JPG format) will be sent ready for printing, intended exclusively for personal use.
- The delivery time will be 2 to 4 weeks (or more), depending on the workload and complexity of the order.
- If there is a specific deadline, please let us know in advance for evaluation.
- Orders are non-refundable, unless work has not yet begun.
- If, for any reason, the artwork cannot be completed, a full refund will be made.Thank you for your trust in my work! ❤

Geral1. A artista mantém os direitos autorais sobre a arte encomendada.
2. Há o direito de recusar uma encomenda por qualquer motivo.
3. A arte encomendada é para uso pessoal apenas. NÃO É PERMITIDO reproduzir ou vender o trabalho encomendado, a menos que tenhamos um acordo prévio. Para consultas comerciais, envie um e-mail para [email protected]
4. É proibido usar a arte encomendada como tokens não fungíveis (NFTs), em jogos NFT, criptomoedas ou qualquer coisa relacionada, que não seja anteriormente discutido com a artista
5. É proibido usar a arte encomendada para treinar inteligências artificiais de imagem ou editá-la (como em img2img) usando IAs (como Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Novel AI, etc.).
6. A artista detém o direito de postar a arte encomendada nas redes sociais e/ou portfólio (é possível pedir que a encomenda seja mantida privada ou postada em uma data posterior).
7. A artista NÃO reivindica os direitos sobre a propriedade intelectual da arte encomendada (ex.: os personagens, história, cenário, design criados pelo cliente).
8. A artista NÃO irá revender, reproduzir ou obter lucro adicional com a arte encomendada.
9. O briefing e referências devem ser enviadas pelo cliente dentro do prazo estipulado por ambas as partes, havendo a necessidade de renegociação com relação ao prazo ou reajustes de valores quando houver a quebra do mesmo.
10. Caso referências não sejam enviadas, a artista entenderá que pode decidir o que for melhor para a ilustração com base em sua experiência, caso não haja resposta ou feedbacks do cliente dentro do prazo estipulado, a artista poderá assumir que o projeto foi cancelado pelo cliente e não irá mais trabalhar na peça artística.Regras para Revisões e Pagamento- Estão inclusas no preço três revisões:
1. Aprovação do Rascunho: Nesta etapa, alterações no layout e nos elementos principais podem ser solicitadas.
2. Aprovação das Cores Base / Luz e Sombra: Ajustes nas cores ou pequenas correções serão feitos aqui.
3. Aprovação dos Detalhes Finais: Fase para refinamentos menores na arte final.Revisões adicionais serão cobradas à parte. Alterações maiores devem ser feitas durante a fase de rascunho.- O pagamento pode ser feito das seguintes formas:
- 100% adiantado, ou
- 50% no início e 50% antes da terceira revisão.
- Os pagamentos serão realizados via Pix. Após o envio do formulário preenchido e aprovação do pedido, o link de pagamento será enviado por e-mail.
- Os valores são cotados em reais.Entrega- Será enviado um arquivo digital em alta resolução (formato PNG/JPG) pronto para impressão, destinado exclusivamente ao uso pessoal.
- O prazo de entrega será de 2 a 4 semanas (ou mais), dependendo da carga de trabalho e da complexidade do pedido.
- Caso haja um prazo específico, é importante informá-lo com antecedência para avaliação.
- Encomendas não são reembolsáveis, exceto se o trabalho ainda não tiver sido iniciado.
- Se, por qualquer motivo, a arte não puder ser concluída, um reembolso integral será realizado.
